I like to share one of bioinformatics tool which is can be used to cluster the sequence.
Normally, biologist cluster the sequences or genomes to analyze or define the family any kind of organism.
By clustering, researcher can get what information they want etc : phylogenetic, relationships of gene and proteins.
Use this tools : BLASTClust (Web based) or you can go to this link ~NCBI BLASTClust (client server)
NCBI BLASTClust~> It is better if you install in Linux Platform :)
